Daniel Mwesigwa Kimera is a passionate Gospel artist, songwriter, and worship leader dedicated to glorifying God and inviting others into a deeper relationship with Him.
Early Life and Background
Born on September 29, 1995, Daniel is a Muganda by tribe. His parents are Dr. Henry Benjamin Waguma Kimera and Tusubira Ezeresi, raised him in a Christian family. Originally from Mukono, Daniel grew up in various locations, including Jinja, Entebbe, and Kira Town in Wakiso District. His father being a pastor, instilled Christian values in him from a young age.
Education and Career
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Microfinance from Kyambogo University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate Finance in Germany, driven by a desire for education and cultural exploration.
Music Journey
Daniel’s music career began in Sunday school choirs, eventually leading him to join the main worship team. He got Inspired by Pastor Brian Lubega, a prominent East African worshiper, Daniel’s music is more than melody – it is ministry. His songs aim to release healing, shift spiritual atmospheres, and carry the power of the Gospel into hearts and homes.
