Uganda’s beloved gospel music singer, Minister Rachel K, has turned 39 and she is doing it with a bang. The anointed songstress took to her social media platforms to express her heartfelt gratitude as she celebrated this special milestone birthday.
“THIS BIRTHDAY WAS THE BEST! I am with the Lord and I could not be more thankful!” Rachel K wrote. “I’m so grateful for the love and support of my family, friends, and ministry partners who made my night so special.”
And it was not just any ordinary birthday celebration for Rachel K. She was surprised by none other than fellow gospel artist, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, who joined her to mark this special occasion.
This new year of life is extra special for Rachel K as she’s also marking a significant milestone – ONE YEAR of walking with the Lord! “This birthday week, I’m celebrating a new chapter in my life,” she shared. “One year ago, I made a decision to follow Jesus and I have been walking with Him ever since.”
Rachel K’s decision to dedicate her life to Christ has not been without its challenges. Earlier this month, she opened up about the difficulties she faced in the music industry, shedding tears as she recounted her experiences in the secular music scene. “The world can be evil when it comes to talent,” she said in a recent interview.
But today, Rachel K is rejoicing in her newfound faith and the joy it has brought to her life. “I’m grateful to share my journey with you all,” she said. “Thanks to my sis Irene, Pastor Bugembe, my family, and friends for making my night so special!”
