Gresham Music Official: A Testimony of Faith and Perseverance

Byamukama Gresham commonly known as Gresham Music Official, born on March 9, 1997, in Lubaga Hospital, is a testament to God’s faithfulness and redemption. Raised in Rakai District by his parents, Byaluhanga Paul and Loy Kengalabi, both pastors, Gresham was born again and later accepted Jesus at the age of 8

A Miraculous Birth Story

My birth was a miracle! Despite the odds, God had a plan for my life. I was delivered by machines, and my early days were marked by challenges, including scars on my head and bleeding. But God healed both my mom and me, and His plan for my life unfolded. Growing up, I was the youngest of three, with an elder brother, Byalugaba Fred, who’s a successful cash crop farmer in Mubende, and an elder sister, Nayebale Rovence, who’s happily married in the USA with three beautiful kids. Today, God is using me remarkably for His kingdom. My story is a testament to God’s goodness and sovereignty. Don’t fear your struggles, because the end is in the Lord’s hands. Trust in His plan, and He will guide you through.

From Humility to Success

Gresham’s journey began at a young age, working as a fisherman and later as a food collector. He was rescued by his sister and brought to Kampala to work as a houseboy. He then transitioned to riding boda boda and later became a driver, working for Apostle Jonathan Babara. Through hard work and determination, Gresham started his own business selling boda boda spares and operating a mobile money workshop.

Ministry and Music

In the midst of his busy life, Gresham serves God through recorded music. His songs, such as “Njagala Bwagazi,” “Nsinza,” and “Good Mood,” have brought him success and recognition. He has collaborated with other artists, including Mark BK and Apostle Richie Zion. Gresham is grateful for the support of Jane De Chef, a woman of God who has blessed his ministry without condition.

Gratitude and Appreciation

Gresham thanks God for the opportunities and people who have supported his ministry, including DJs, presenters, media houses, and the gospel industry. He acknowledges the President of the Gospel Music Industry of Uganda, King Radio, and his best friend, DJ Emma, who has promoted and played his music. Gresham also appreciates the promoters who first noticed his talent, Nsarah Promotion and Abert Promotions.

A Message of Hope

Despite his challenging background, Gresham believes God has used him for His glory. He is committed to continuing his ministry, inspiring others with his story of faith and perseverance. With his new song, “Wooli,” Gresham trusts that God will do great things through him for the body of Christ
